Friendly staff. Stupid idea to give a patient immediatley after their operation (hence the mistakes) ceiling above bed needs attention a survey to fill in

Attention to medical problem very good. Timing very good- for meals & provision of medication, all staff very pleasant & friendly even with the most difficult ladies. Meals could be improved on but that is not too important.
